Portfolio Manager – Property Management

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our award-winning Property Management team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer-focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build a portfolio and pipeline of properties
- Call landlords from Reapit, Dubizzle and database sheets to sell the benefits of Property Management to them
- Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the landlord
- Consistently meet targets
- Manage the process of a tenant moving into and vacating a property and any maintenance issues which may arise
- Hit company KPI’s on Google and Feefo customer reviews
- Provide exceptional customer service
Role Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role
- Driving license and a car are preferred
- Experience in Dubai is essential
- Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred
- Experience of speaking to clients over the telephone in a persuasive manner
- Excellent at building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Confident working in a commission-focused environment (high risk, high reward!)
